Trinity understands that in order to create the best relationships with our chosen motor carrier suppliers, we must keep your best interests in mind at all times.  After all, part of what makes your company a success is when you receive on-time payment for services rendered, right? That's why we've designed a payment program for our trucking companies with options to choose from that suit your individual needs. 

ACH Form

ACH Direct Deposit Payment Options:

Quick Pay 3 Business Days, 3% fee
Expedited Pay 10 Business Days, 2% fee
Full Term Pay      
24 Business Days, 0% fee


*Days to pay are approximate and are based on the receipt of invoice to date payment initiated*
*3% and 2% charges for Quick Pay are subject to the Orginal amount of the load, not the balance after advances.

•ACH is a more environmentally friendly option & better fits Trinity's green initiatives.

•There is a cost savings related to the cost of mailing checks vs. ACH.

•There is a decreased chance for fraud in that the ACH form requires information that only the payee should know along with a copy of a voided check.

•ACH payment is received by the payee faster than a paper check due to the reduction in mail time.  The potential for the elimination of Saturday deliveries, amongst other changes, by the US Postal Service would only further increase current mail times.

•There is a decreased likelihood for human error in the ACH process.

•An ACH will not get lost in the mail.  If there is a problem with an ACH payment, Trinity is notified immediately and is able to promptly contact the payee to make sure they are paid.

 

Load Advances

We offer load advances up to 40% of the load rate for our carriers in order to help them purchase fuel and other necessities along the road to delivery.  Trinity utilizes the T-Chek program, acceptable at most major truck stop locations as well as financial institutions.    

T-Cheks for $499.99 or less $10.00 fee
T-Cheks for $500.00 to $1000.00 $25.00 fee
T-Cheks for $1000.00 to $1000.00 $50.00 fee
T-Cheks written over 40% (special situations only) 3% fee

*All T-Cheks are subject to a $3.50 charge when cashing.  This fee goes directly to T-Chek.

 

To obtain an advance on your current load, please contact the assigned dispatcher as listed on your Trinity rate confirmation sheet.

 

 TRANSFLO Services

Using TRANSFLO Express, TRANSFLO Now! or TRANSFLO Velocity, you can scan Trinity load documents, including your bills of lading, lumper or toll receipts, and your invoice to help speed up your payment.

 

Just follow these steps, and you'll be back on the road in no time. 

*A $1.50 fee applies, and will be deducted from your final Trinity settlement.
